    Perfect location, close to the beach and the city centre. Breakfast offered a good selection of food.

    Very small claustrophobic room, air conditioning didn't work, very small TV with poor reception.

    This well-maintained hotel occupies a very well maintained building in the original style. The breakfast includes local food, such as breads and pastries. The service is very good, includes private parking. You can park the car outside. It has easy location to see Bacvice Beach.

    The breakfast was warm and extensive. The rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new with a lovely bathroom. This well-run hotel had central setting near the sea.

    Have stayed before purely for its location. Right on seafront on only sandy beach in area. Within easy walking distance of split town. Has fantastic patio area for breakfast and just relaxing when too hot to do anything else.

    Rooms are extremely pokey for the amount they cost. Staff not always aware of what is happening in local area although they will try and find out. If you don't go down to breakfast until about 9am then a lot of food has gone - probably cos several business people use the hotel and they are up and off early.

    Location 10 minute walk to town centre,rooms far to small would only stay in sea view rooms, very good breakfast pleasant outside eating area,taxi rank outside hotel.close to beach

    Rooms are a little small, but perfectly adequate. Restaurant in the evening produced probably one of the best meals I had in Croatia. Breakfast was ok, though sitting on the patio eating it made it better! Just minutes from the beach, which was about the only sandy beach we found from Split to Dubrovnik and about 10-15 mins walk from the Ferry port and central Split. The hotel had a lot to contend with as we had just come from the Hilton Grand Imperial in Dubrovnik, but it stood up well.

    Air con in the room was pretty ineffective. I was there at end of April, so nice and warm but not boiling. I wouldn't like to think what it gets like in height of summer.

    Cut to the chase, here's my take

    This hotel won me over with its spacious Executive Suite with expansive terraces and sea views. Breakfast was a good medley of flavors, from fresh fruits to the rich smoked salmon. The serene location combined with excellent service was good, despite a couple of noise disturbances at night. A hidden gem in town!

    Great family vibes and a lovely pool!

    Spent a couple of days here with my family and loved the chill overall atmosphere. The staff was super friendly, especially at the reception where Marco hooked us up with water for our city walk. The kids had a blast at the pool! Breakfast was solid too, but just a tad basic for my taste. The room could've used some more light.

    The outdoor patio area was lovely. The hotel is an easy walk from the historic center and the ferry dock.

    The a/c was meager. The room was quite small. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The hotel is way over-priced; terrible value.
